Fixed bug: On computer with Firefox 4 and Thunderbird,
FavoritesView used the sqlite dll of Thunderbird instead of using the sqlite dll of Firefox,
it was failed to read the bookmarks.

The settings are now saved to .cfg file instead of the Registry.
Notice: If you want to view the Bookmarks of Firefox 3, you must close all its windows, and only then use FavoritesView.
When Firefox 3 is opened, it also locks the places.sqlite file, and thus FavoritesView cannot read it.
