There are two hidden preferences in this 1.4. To set such
a preference, open the Preferences panel, select the Advanced panel and
open the configuration editor. Right-click in the main area and select New
> Boolean. Enter the name of the new preference and set it to true.
To revert to the original platform-dependant behaviour, reset the property
or turn it to false.
